Bet911.com offers multiple ways of betting on hundreds of sporting events. The following outlines each type of bet offered at the Bet911.com Sportsbook, and gives an informative and easy to understand explanation of how each wager works:

Straight Bet - The simplest type of wager, just follow your instincts and pick which team will win the game.

For baseball, you bet on which team will win the game outright.

For basketball or football, there will generally be a point spread. If the number is positive (+) add the points to your team's final score. If the number is negative (-), subtract the points. The winner is the highest score after the points are applied.

Totals - Bet on totals, just bet if the total points scored in the game will be higher or lower than the posted total.

Parlays - A parlay is a group of straight bets or totals combined in one bet. To win the parlay, all of the individual straight bets have to win. You can mix different sports on the same parlay.

Teasers - A teaser is a group of straight bets or totals combined in one bet. The difference between a parlay and a teaser is that with a teaser, the line you bet against on each straight wager is moved to your favor by the number of points of the teaser. If the regular line is -10 and you have a 6-point teaser, then your line will be -4.

If bets

"If bets" allow the customer to make a second wager pending a “win” of a previous selection. “If” wagers must be made at the same time.

Round robins

On a round robin you can wager all possible parlay combinations of a chosen number within a group of selected teams. It’s a convenient way to place multiple parlays within a chosen set of teams. For example if you have team “A”,”B” and “C”, on a round robin you’ll get 3 parlays: “A” vs “B”, “A” vs “C” and “B” vs “C”.

All straight bets need to win for the teaser to be a winner. Teasers are not yet available for baseball or hockey.
